    In the peach smoothie description you talk about coconut milk as a benefit but it is not listed as an ingredient. Should we use coconut milk instead of skim milk

    You are recommending non-fat dairy some with high sugar contents (flavored yogurts can have as much added sugar as a 5oz candy bar), but it takes some fat to aid in digestion of lactose (milk sugar). Better option in all cases is to go with low fat and add non alcoholic flavor extracts. FYI Soy products are not good option do to estrogen boost (causes body to store fat) and most milk substitutes have high added sugar, also.
